Brock Aggregates was proud to support the West Don Lands waterfront revitalization, supplying aggregates for remediation, flood protection, infrastructure, and site development throughout the large-scale transformation.
Working alongside our customer and project contractors, Brock helped keep materials moving as former industrial lands were redeveloped into one of Toronto’s most ambitious mixed-use waterfront communities.
PAN AM VILLAGE – TORONTO
HELPED BUILD A LASTING COMMUNITY
Brock Aggregates was proud to support our customer on the construction of the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletes’ Village in Toronto’s West Don Lands.
From 2012 through the completion of the Games in 2015, Brock supplied aggregate and soil materials for foundational and site development work across the 80-acre project. Following the Games, the village was transformed into today’s Canary District, a vibrant mixed-use community with residential housing, parks, retail space, and community amenities.

SUPPORTED A WATERFRONT ICON
Brock Aggregates was proud to support our customer on the development of Sugar Beach, one of Toronto’s most recognizable waterfront destinations.
As part of Waterfront Toronto’s East Bayfront revitalization, Brock supplied aggregate materials for the site development and foundational work that transformed a former industrial property into a vibrant public space featuring imported sand, a tree-lined promenade, and gathering areas along the waterfront.

HELPING REBUILD A TORONTO ATTRACTION
Ontario Place is being transformed into a renewed year-round waterfront destination featuring expanded parkland, public spaces, trails, and attractions along Toronto’s lakeshore.
Brock Aggregates was proud to support our customer on early site preparation and redevelopment work, supplying reliable aggregate materials to help keep the project moving during key phases of construction and redevelopment.

SUPPORTING THE FUTURE OF HEALTH CARE
Brock Aggregates was proud to support our customer on the Trillium Health Partners redevelopment project, helping supply aggregate materials for one of the largest health care infrastructure projects in Canadian history.
The new Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children will become the largest teaching hospital in Canada upon completion, featuring a 22 storey patient tower, expanded emergency services, and advanced diagnostic and operating facilities.
Working alongside leading contractors and development teams, Brock helped support the early site and foundational work that will help shape the future of health care in Ontario.

Brock Aggregates has supported major highway expansion, reconstruction, and roadway improvement projects by supplying dependable aggregate materials for foundational and roadway work throughout the province.
